Winner of the Food Network’s World Extreme Chef competition in 2012, Chef Terry French knows how to serve up an exotic je ne sai quoi to diners daring enough to sample the risqué succulence of his culinary passion. Over his career Terry has mastered Continental, European and Asian cuisine and has apprenticed with Michelin Star Chef Richard Chen. Working with many other American great chefs like Charlie Trotter and Louis Palladin, he is renowned not only for his exotic, unconventional dishes, but a reputation for preparing world-class dishes amidst adventurous situations, and in even stranger locations.
Terry French has toured the world ten times. From the fish markets of Europe and the spice bazaars of Morocco to the jungles of Asia, he has gone outside the beaten path and used food as a lens to experience the culture and the people.
